Salary: 18,000-20,000 a month

Background:
Client had a remarkable growth in the past year with its services and products. As the business continues to expand, we are looking to hire an Accounts Admin Assistant who will assist with the day-to-day operations and simple accounting tasks. Much of the tasks is data entry for maintaining customer and supplier trackers.
Duties and responsibilities:
Updating trackers for customers and suppliers.
Checking purchase orders and deductions billed by suppliers.
Raising invoices to customers and creating bills for suppliers using QuickBooks Online.
Preparing the weekly computation for customers.
Assisting with the checking and reconciliation of customer and supplier accounts.
Sending reminders for overdue invoices to customers.
Answering customer or supplier inquiries through emails.
Ad hoc duties and responsibilities.
Requirements:
BS in Accounting Technology or Accountancy.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Knowledgeable in Excel functions and formulas.
Knowledgeable in Office 365 applications.
Basic QuickBooks experience is required.
