Description
This is for our American client in a construction industry. We are in need of an Accounting support that will be handling administrative tasks by running reports, handling information requests, and performing a variety of accounting and clerical functions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist the Administration department with running, reviewing and compiling various reports
- Prepare documents for management approval
- Complete cost adjustments upon request
- Compile and prepare intercompany invoicing
- Track incoming payments from clients and vendors
- Support the Project Administration team with pay applications and other accounting functions
- Vendor verifications and W9 requests
- Perform routine audits
- Post approvals within our accounting and project management software
- Support the Safety Department with electronically filing reports, documents, employee certificates, as well as data entry into safety reporting software
Required Experience
- More than 2 years of admin accounting experience
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of accounting or any relevant degree
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices
A Successful Candidate must have
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Keen attention to details
Proficient with
- MS Excel
- MS Outlook
- Experience Advantage
- Knowledgeable in KoFax software
