POSITION TITLE: Accounts Payable Supervisor
DEPARTMENT: Accounting
DIRECT REPORTS TO: Accounting Manager
COORDINATES WITH: Accounting Manager/ Chief Finance Officer
Duties and Responsibilities:
Review of documents and timely processing of payable.
Commission computation and preparation of schedules and documents.
Preparation of bank reconciliation and other general ledger account and proper adjustment
Timely preparation of financial statements and other relevant schedules as well as for audit purposes.
Other relevant task that may be assigned.
Requirements:
General Accounting experience
Payable Processing
Preparation and filing of Tax Return
Accounts reconciliation including but not limited to bank reconciliation
Preparation of financial statements and other relevant schedules
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
With CPA Licensed is an advantage but not required.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Detail oriented, flexible and keen and willing to revolve around accounting functions.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in General Accounting or equivalent.
Preferably with experience in a real estate company.
Qualified candidate will be assigned in Makati City.
