Is currently looking for:
ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
Oversees in Accounting team ensuring the accuracy of financial records and reports
Managing staff, supervising daily transactions like accounts payable/receivable and general ledger reconciliations, and leading the month-end and year-end close processes
Preparing financial statements and budgets, implementing internal controls, assisting with audits, and ensuring compliance with financial laws and standards
Analyze financial data to support decision-making, monitor cash flow, and provide strategic insights
Coordinate with other department heads to monitor spending and ensure departments stay within budget
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business and other related or suitable courses.
Proven experience as an Accounting Supervisor or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
