JOB DESCRIPTION
Oversee daily transactions including billing, accounts payable and receivables, general ledger and bank reconciliations
Handle regular tax audits and payroll
Prepare budgeting reports and forecast revenues
Handle and monitor petty cash, reimbursements and other payables
Manage month-end and year-end closing
Monitor the daily performance of the Accounting Department
JOB QUALIFICATION
Graduate of BS degree in Accounting or Finance
Accounting certification is a plus
Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Accounting Supervisor
Experience in any Accounting software
Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize work
Team management skills
Can work under pressure
