QUALIFICATIONS:
BS Accountancy Graduate, Certified Public Accountant is a plus
Minimum of five (5) years of work experience handling accounting/financial functions is a supervisory level
Computer literate, especially in MS Word and Excel
Dedicated, responsible, hardworking, analytical, and with strong interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership skills
Above average in oral and written communication, problem-solving skills, and decision-making.
Ability to work as an effective and efficient team player.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reports to the Chief Accountant
Prepares and ensures that all accounts due for release are adequately funded.
Verifies accuracy and completeness of the disbursement vouchers supporting documents.
Prepares monthly schedule of Advances, Prepayments, Property and Equipment, and Related Party payables and receivables.
Handling of revolving funds and petty cash
Prepares and ensures the accuracy of mandatory reports and timely submission and payments
Ensures timely renewal of any payment of company business permits and real property taxes.
Prepares documents for bank-related transactions
Ensures the GO and AP Section personnel perform their duties and responsibilities.
Verifies and ensures the accuracy of the billings and debit notes.
Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Assist and attend to the external auditor's request for documents
Prepares certification for employee mandatory contributions
Prepares weekly and monthly AR Ageing Report
Prepares accurate statement of account per client as necessary.
