Ensures that expenses are recorded on time.
Ensures that vouchers processed are in accordance with company's policy and external mandates.
Monitors PO and other payables and ensure payment is made prior to due date
Reviews monthly commission and incentive computation in accordance with the company's existing schemes.
Monitors Cash Advances of employees.
Ensures that insurance receivables are monitored and collections are timely recorded.
Maintains monthly aging of payables.
Prepares Monthly FS schedules and report for Accounting Manager's review.
Ensure that accounting records are complete and properly maintained.
Schedules cash count with Petty Cash Custodian.
Responsible on preparation and online filing of Tax Returns.
