Preferably CPA, Licensed.

Should have at least 5 years of experience in Accounting and must have atleast experience in Construction Management.
Has the ability to interface effectively in all levels of of the organization.
Must have excellent leadershp leadership/ Organized Planning Capability, Results oriented with strong oral and Written Communications.
