Assisting the GL Officer with the following tasks
Staff Supervision Accounting Dept. (A/P & A/R)
Prepare Schedules & BIR Return Filing- Tax Compliance
Cash Position-Weekly
Monitor Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Bank Reconciliation
Ensure that all Accounting Data Accuracy
All Accounting Schedules related to General Ledger
Prepare all adjusting/reversal and reclass entries
Prepare CAPEX-Lapsing Schedule
Financial Position (Income statement & Balance Street) Monthly
Any ad hoc task assigned by the immediate superior
Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), tax laws, analytical, results-oriented, negotiation skills, committed to meeting deadlines.
