Graduate of Accountancy or Financial Management
At least 2 to 5years of relevant work experience as Accounting Supervisor
Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Spreadsheet , Familiar with General Accounting,
Keen on details and Flexible
Job Description:
Checks purchase requisitions, purchase orders, vouchers payable and other accounting documents.
Audits liquidation of cash advances for purchases, transportation and other company expenses.
Checks Service Invoice & monitors its submission to clients.
Review bi- monthly payroll before approval and uploading.
Check & review quarterly BIR remittances.
Prepare audit schedules and bank reconciliation.
Coordinates with operations and other departments on all matters concerning accounting and finance.
Handles branch transactions.
Other related works as assigned by management
