1. Responsible for recording accounting information in the organization's financial books and ensuring that these were accurately recorded as per the accounting system as stated by the organization.
2. Reviews all Accounting related reports generated for the Management, Auditors, the Government, and other parties.
3. Handle the basic assigned Accounting reports and submit them on time, such as monthly income statements and balance sheets of the organization.
4. Responsible for the consolidation of all financial reports from the foreign offices for Management reporting.
5. Responsible for the monthly bank reconciliation of all corporate bank accounts.
6. Ensures that all Accounting transactions meet corporate policies, procedures, objectives, and regulatory body requirements.
7. Address the concerns of the Accounting to the COO during regular meetings.
8. Maintains the company's payroll system and other government remittances and taxes.
9. Maintains filing system as detailed in the quality management system under ISO 9001:2008.
10. Preparation of income statements, balance sheets, and preparation of budgets/forecasts.
11. Interpretation of financial reports and consolidation of reports for board meetings.
12. Administration of reports for OMLL Audit.
13. Monitoring of dividend and director's allowances.
14. Preparation of journal vouchers.
15. Maintain a good teamwork ethic within his/her department and the whole organization.
16. Any other work, projects, or tasks as directed by the Chief Operating Officer.

With at least 5-10 years of experience
Proficient in MS Office applications.
With good interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written.
Has the ability to relate to all levels of people in the organization.
Has the ability to manage time strictly meet project deadlines.
Can work under pressure, results-oriented, and with initiative.
Willing to be assigned at Bagong Ilog, Pasig.
Willing to start immediately.
