Job Descriptions
An Accounting Supervisor is responsible for supervising the day to day operation of the Accounting department. Monitoring and updating transactions and reports. Prepares month-end computation sales reports & sales commission, balance sheet analysis, profit, and loss statement per branch. Also, to take responsibility for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, cash position report, bank reconciliation, and fixed assets.
Shall be responsible for ensuring proper documentation and correctness of entries in Payable Voucher and Cheque Voucher.
Shall be responsible for issuing payments to suppliers and securing the corresponding receipts.
Shall be responsible to maintain and update the Cash Position Report and Bank Loans.
Shall be responsible for ensuring the sufficiency of funds.
Shall be responsible for ensuring proper documentation and correctness of entries in Sales Invoice (SI), Proforma Invoice (PFI), and Receipts.
Shall be responsible for checking of onsite (per branch) transactions weekly.
Shall be responsible for aging of Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable (dashboard).
Shall be responsible for the computation of monthly sales report & sales commission.
Shall be responsible for preparation of Profit & Loss Report per branch & Bu's (dashboard)
Shall be responsible for approval of declared Official Receipt/Collection Receipt, weight & value per Bill of Lading, & approval of IP Royalty.
Shall be responsible for the status of units upon arrival.
Shall be responsible for the monitoring of IAS & SOP control.
Shall be responsible for the computation of taxes & seaport charges.
Shall be responsible for Truck Inventory monitoring.
Shall be responsible for providing data to Marketing for the Website update.
Shall be responsible for issuing approved gate pass for units to be pull-out.
Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
Accounting Supervisor: 2 years (Preferred)
