JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for overseeing Accounting and Finance functions of Createch Wellness Corporation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Certified Public Accountant
With at least one (1) year experience in General Accounting work.
Highly organized, analytical and detail oriented.
Knowledgeable in the preparation and submission of requirements with government agencies like the BIR, SEC, SSS, HDMF and Philhealth.
Has good oral and written communication skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Supervises Accounting staff in the recording and analyses of accounts.
2) Checks and validates billings for accuracy and appropriateness before processing payment.
3) Does monthly bank reconciliation of all accounts.
4) Prepares and validates payables to government agencies before endorsing for payment.
5) Prepares monthly financial statements, quarterly reports and annual budget.
6) Assists management in the study and analysis of operational efficiencies.
7) Coordinates and assists external auditors in the examination of the company books.
8) Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
