JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY RESONSIBILITIES:
1) OVERSEEING DAILY ACCOUNTING TRANSACTIONS
Approval, validation and verification of Accounts Payable
Checking of sales entries for timeliness and completeness
Checking of entries for accruals and adjustments
Validation of reports output, variance and reject reports
Overviewing system's data inputs
2) FINANCIAL RECORDS
Provide Income Statement analysis report templated to decision makers comfortability.
Create report for Budget versus Actual Income Statement report.
Provides department performance monitoring report for financial data.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of Accountancy or Accounting Technology
CPA is a plus, 2 Years experience in Accounting Field
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Computer Literate
Microsoft Excel /Word Proficient
SAP System
Knowledgeable in accounting software
