Alcoline Corporation is a leading distributor and importer of wines and spirits in the Philippines. We are looking for an Accounting Associate to join our team in ensuring the accuracy and sustainability of our financial health.
Directly reporting to our Comptroller, the Accounting Associate will be handling the financial records of the organization.
Responsibilities
Preparation of Financial Statements on a timely, ongoing basis
Oversees the online and offline transactions of the company
Reports directly to the organization's comptroller and management as needed
Maintains proper accounting controls through standardized policies and procedures
Maintenance of the organization's financial records
Reconciliation of account issues to the general ledger
Assists in payroll processing
Timely tax compliance with relevant government agencies (e.g. VAT, Withholding Taxes & Income Taxes)
Qualifications
Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
At least 2 years of work experience in the field of accounting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Willing to work in Makati
