Job Description
Providing services at an HQ role for the group of companies: Infinity Loop, Studio 84, Coresense, HPS ICT Inc. (Brand names: Switch, iStore, HPS ICT Inc.) The Accounting Supervisor/ Officer will manage financial functions including accounts payable/ receivable, bank reconciliation and tax audits. He/She should have strong analytical skills to create detailed financial reports and forecasts. The Accounting Supervisor/ Officer will also oversee the following, but not limited to:
Oversee daily transactions including accounts payable/ receivable, general ledger and
bank reconciliations.
Prepare budgeting reports and forecast revenues
Monitor the daily performance for the accounting department
Organize financial data into useable information and maintain updated records.
Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives.
Establish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with company's targets.
Job Qualifications
Qualifications:
Solid experience in managing the Accounting Department specifically the functions described above.
• Must posses project cost accounting in at least a supervisory level.
• Must have work experience at SME company, construction or similar IT Infrastructure.
• Must be adept at using a computerized accounting system.
• Have interface/ reporting to General Manager, Project Managers or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience in the whole Accounting cycle and Financial Reporting.
• The candidate must possess unquestionable professional and interpersonal integrity.
• Preferably the candidate must have worked in a shared service or multi-company
environment and has experience in distribution of IT related products and services.
• Preferably the candidate is from Metro Manila and can adapt to a hybrid setup of
working from home, reporting to Makati office and site visits.
• Can travel and willing to work on flexible hours.

Education and Licensing Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from a college or university, major in accounting or similar field.
Any professional qualification is a plus.
