JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Knowledge of basic Accounting Controls, procedures, and government reportorial requirements
Well-versed in Financial Statement preparation is a plus point.
Knowledge in Quick Books is a plus point.
With background in trading and importation procedures is an advantage.
Must have good moral character, leadership and interpersonal skills
Results-oriented and with the ability to work under pressure
Proficient in MS Office especially EXCEL
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the Accounting/Finance Manage in overseeing day-to-day accounting operations.
Generating, interpreting and reviewing financial information.
Assist in producing financial reports related to budgets, income, accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, cash flow etc.
Checking and ensuring accuracy of Sales Commission and Incentives.
Conducts audit of petty cash.
Verification, checking, and approval of any accounting related documents.
Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual BIR returns.
