A graduate of ACCOUNTANCY or any related course;
With at least 3 years' experience in finance and accounting, at least two (2) of which have been in a supervisory/managerial position in a corporate environment or equivalent professional practice;
Updated in SEC and BIR rules and regulations;
Knowledgeable in banking operations and Bangko Sentral policies and procedures;
Demonstrates strong decision making, problem solving, and negotiation skills;
Good written and spoken communication skills;
Strong in analysis and can do financial projections;
Self-motivated
