· Graduate of BS Accountancy or any business-related course. CPA is a plus.
· A Minimum of 5 years of working experience as Accounting Supervisor: Financial Reporting, General Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Internal Control.
· Extensive experience with financial statement compilation is an edge.
· Experience in creating and successfully implementing policies and procedures.
· Experience in BIR rulings, Municipal Permits, SEC, and other government requirements.
· Experience with creating training process and mentor ship to junior members on the accounting department.
· Strong experience with communication and coordinating on internal teams and external support.
· Computer literate / knowledgeable with any Accounting Software.
