Job Summary:
​Responsible in checking accuracy on recording of all accounting transactions
Responsible for the timely and accurate financial reports required by management, government and TMP
Job Duties:
Reportorial Requirements Compliance (Checking of Request for Payments, Request for Refund, Accounts Payable Vouchers; Checking of the taxes for filing; Checking of payment and filing of government compliances)
Financial Reporting
TDSP Rating (Prepares and review the Dealer Performance Report to be submitted to TMP every 5th of the month to earn the bonus point in TDSP rating; Submits monthly business plan to TMP)
& Others (Submission of the self-performance of each accounting TM to HRD; Preparation of R&F payroll and posting of all incentives in the payroll system; Performs other tasks that maybe assigned or as see fit by the immediate head or next higher superior)
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Preferably Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
With Extensive experience in preparing financial statements and analysis
Extensive experience in the preparation of financial statements
Experience in leading, coaching and developing staff
With adequate knowledge in payroll, government compliances and taxes
