Is currently looking for:
 
ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
 
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s /College Degree in Management Accounting /Accountancy preferably a CPA
Proven work experience as an Accounting Supervisor of at least 3 years
Experience with accounting software (e.g. Quick books)
Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts, and using advanced formulas)
Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations
Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data
Attention to detail and accuracy
Team management skills
Ability to prioritize work
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee the accounts payable function ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and vendor payments
Process suppliers' invoices for payment and authorization
Reconciling the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all suppliers invoices and payments are accounted for and accurately posted
Supervise monthly closing of financial records and posting of month-end transactions
Prepare tax returns and ensure timely filing and payment
Ensures proper maintenance, filing, and storage of records
Prepare financial reports as required
Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate head
Salary Range: 18,000.00 to 20,000.00 
 
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday (8:00 - 5:30 pm)
Saturday - Halfday (8:00 - 12:00pm)

PHP 18,000 - 20,000 per month
