Job Descriptions
Handles account analysis
Supervises 4-5 Accounting staffs
Maintains the books of accounts and assists in the various functions related to month-end/year-end close.
Ensures all invoices are processed accurately and timely while adhering to accounts payable and cash
Preparation and filing of VAT and ITR
Maintain and reconcile all tax general ledger accounts and prepare all tax schedules to support tax return
Coordination with BIR on all requirements necessary in line with applications or renewals
Preparation of monthly reports .
Processing of permits and licenses
Job Qualifications
1 to 2 years of related working experience
Good knowledge of applicable laws, codes, and regulations (BIR/ PEZA)
general accounting and preparation of financial statements.
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
Experience:
Food & Beverages: 1 year (Preferred)
Accounting Supervisor: 2 years (Required)
