Job Description
You will work closely with a team of Accountants to manage financial functions, including financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations and financial/tax audits. Our ideal candidate uses strong analytical skills to create detailed financial reports and forecasts. To succeed in this role, you should also have a problem-solving attitude and be able to collaborate with people in all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger
and bank reconciliation.
Prepare budgeting reports and forecast revenues.
Manage month-end and year-end closing requirements.
Prepare monthly Financial Statements and update account schedules.
Provide Project reporting to business Partners.
Provide requirements for financial and tax audits including Balance Sheet schedules.
Collaborate with Business Units on AP, AR, and Financial reports.
Improve Accounting processes and procedures.
Establish Accounting Policies and Procedures, alligned with company targets.
Requirements
At least 2 years experience working as Accounting Supervisor.
Proficient with Accounting software (e.g. SAP B1, Microsoft Dynamics, Quickbooks).
Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts and using advanced excel functions)
Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and Accounting principles, tax laws and regulations.
High proficiency in English, oral and written communication.
Can effectively communicate in all levels of the organization
Excellent analytical skiils, attention to details.
Team Management skills and ability to prioritize work.
BS Degree in Accounting
CPA is a plus but not compulsory
