Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree Holder in Accountancy
3-5 years of experience on the same position
3-5 years of experience working in Manufacturing Company
Responsibilities:
Checks payables from Purchasing and Impex Section
Prepares, filing and payment of Monthly Expanded withholding tax
Payment of monthly withholding tax compensation, SSS, HDMF and PHIC
Review and payment monthly Vat
Review and payment of Quarterly Vat Return & FBT
Generate and Prepare Income Statement and Balance Sheet
Summarizes monthly sales and recording to Peachtree
Check and review monthly Project Expense Report
Prepares monthly Inventory Summary
Processing of Pag-ibig payments of Employees Loan & contribution to EGOV
Peachtree recording of all transactions ( fund transfer/withdrawals/deposits & adjustments)
Prepares annual Expanded Withholding tax Alphalist
Assists Petty Cash releasing and cash advances in the absence of Cashier
Prepares/Attend to other matters if needed
