Accounting Supervisor for dubaiDempsey Management Resource Inc. on behalf of Dempsey Resource Management Inc.

​-Responsible for all accounting works, monthly financial reporting and keeping of documents at Dubai Office.
-Must be a graduate of Accountancy.
-CPA license is not required.
-Preferably with at least 2 years supervisory experience.
-With experience in financial statement preparation, handling account receivables, inventory, fixed assets, bank reconciliation, payroll, and importation.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power point).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Handles petty cash fund, its disbursements and replenishment;
-Prepares accounts payable vouchers and checks vouchers for suppliers, tenants, employees and all payable transactions;
-Prepares deposit slips of daily collections;
-Monitors all bank transactions and prepares regular bank reconciliation;
-Prepares and disburse payroll and allowances of employees;
-Computes landed cost of every shipment of parts and equipment;
-Maintains files of all documents, OR's, SI's, SIEs, DR's, APV's, CV's and shipment folders and all accounting documents;
-Monitors the payment to suppliers;
-Monitors and prepares updated schedule of Accounts Receivables;
-Assists in collections and follow ups of receivables;
-Monitors ins and outs of inventory;
-Prepares monthly inventory report reconciled with actual count;
-Facilitates the annual or semi-annual physical count of inventory and reconciliation of the actual count versus the book balance;
-Prepares monthly financial reports and submits to Manila office;
-Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
HIRING RANGE: AED 3,500.00 - 4,000.00​ / PHP 53,970.00 - 61680.00
