Job Description:
• Product costing for NPDs, Actual, Budget and LE.
• Manufacturing /QA/Logistics Key measures reporting and analysis via weekly Scorecards.
• Production Compliance, Yield , Deviations (In-line rejections (Tip-in), Supplier issue, Disposals, Reprocessing costs, Loosepacks), Material Usage variance hit the standard of 1%, Write-off (FG & RM/PM)
• Support in the monthly cycle Plans meeting, MBR (Monthly Business Review) and SOM by providing COGM scorecards / Dashboards with in depth analyses and commentaries
• Price variance, Usage/Material variance,Volume variance, Manufacturing variance (Yield, Labor, Water, Electricity, Coal, FOH, othes)
• Costs saving initiative via monthly Line by Line review of FOH/Plant overhead with each Department (Act vs LY vs Budget)
• Partner with Production in the re-validation of Labor cost allocation basis (per SKU) via Time and Motion Study/Process costing.
• Partner with QA in the setting up the standards on various Plant Deviations (e.g. In-line Tip in rejection)
• Oversee the Month end closing for Cost and Finished Goods
• Completing all Reports and JV entries before or on the 8th of the month.
• Preparation of External and Consolidated Balance Sheet Analysis of Inventory/Costing related accounts before or on the 15th of the month.
• Assured that Integration and Intergroup transactions are all map and posted before or on the end of the month.
