Accounting Supervisor - accounts payablesHavaianas

Responsibilities:​
Ensures facilitation and review of the different accounts payable activities such as but not limited to Transaction Documentation and Preparation, completeness of all related JV entries and required Month-End Accruals, documentation of all Affiliate Transactions, assigned Balance Sheet Reports, File Maintenance procedures, and others as may be required by Management
Assists in the preparation and timely filing of government remittance which includes but not limited to Withholding Tax on Compensation, Final and Expanded and Input Vat.
Maintains subsidiary ledgers for all managed payable and accrued accounts and advances to / from affiliate accounts, updating the same on a regular basis, to include annual reviews geared towards the identification and disposition of long outstanding payables, subject to approval
Ensures timely and accurate payment of the organizations payment requirements
Responsible in reconciling payment and other accounting information w/ suppliers/ employees
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Preferably a Certified Public Accountant
At least 2 year(s) of relevant working experience or with at least 1 year supervisory experience,
Preferably with experience in SAP and NAV software
Strong Leadership and management (Problem Solving, Planning, Organizing, Time
Management, Administrative Skills)
Strong Analytical Ability
Customer-service oriented and a team player
Knowledge of MS Office and business computer applications.
