Qualifications:
Must be an accounting graduate, welcomes fresh graduates.
With knowledge in computer (excel, word & emails).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize effectively.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
Desire to continue professional growth through training.
Knowledge in accounting is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Assist in handling/monitoring various accounts.
Monitor/manage supplier account's payments/deposits.
Conduct account reconciliations and verify accuracy of data.
Support monthly, quarterly, half-year, and year-end financial closes.
Assist in billing and collection related activities.
Maintain and update records and reports.
Prepare accounting reports by collecting and summarizing information.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
