URGENTLY in need ACCOUNTING STAFF
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepares check vouchers for disbursement and fund transfers.
Prepares Cash Position Report.
Maintains schedule of payables, due dates & other important schedules to substantiate disbursement records.
Filing of vouchers and other important accounting related documents.
Monitor Unliquidated Cash Advances.
Process Wire Transfer Payments to foreign suppliers.
Enter accounting-related information into business logs
Organize and update financial records
Perform monthly bank settlements
Prepare documentation for external auditors
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
Fresh graduate is welcome
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to read and analyze financial reports
