Job Descriptions
Manage all payout transactions to merchant partners / clients
Handle email and phone inquiries and follow-ups from merchant partners / clients
Keep track and manage bills payments regularly
Keep track of all OR/Sales Invoice collections
Prepare Forms 2307, as needed
Coordinate with external accounting team with necessary financial documents, filing schedules, etc.
Provide reports to head finance officer/s
Experience:
Accounting Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
Education:
Bachelor's (Required)
Language:
English (Preferred)
Tagalog (Preferred)
