ACCOUNTING STAFF
Reports to: ACCOUNTING HEAD
Department: ACCOUNTING
General Duties and Responsibility
Ensures that all permits and payments will be processed on time
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Annual processes BIR Permits/Cedula Renewal and Annual Company Registration
Process Sanitary Permits Renewal
Process payments online for BIR Vat and Withholding Tax monthly and quarterly
Reliever in payables, inventory and costing, and sales encoding
Process payments insurance for company vehicles monthly.
Monitoring of BIR Receipts
Process property tax
Prepare other requirements asked by the Bookkeeper.
Go to SSS, Phil. Health & HDMF offices & process documents like payments, sickness/maternity notification & reimbursement application, loans application & submit reports required by their office.
Job Requirements:
Male or Female
Graduate of Accounting, Management Accounting or any related course
With at least 1 year experience in accounting functions
Must be computer literate
