Job Descriptions:
Prepare monthly financial reports and statements (Income and Expense Analysis) for the management. Verifying data.
Assist accounting departments in preparing budgets and forecasts.
Perform bank reconciliation and general ledger duties.
Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
Reconcile branch balances and make appropriate corrections where necessary.
Record keeping of assets and properties.
Checking and verification of data for inventories.
Maintain good relationship with branch secretary, clients, external auditors and regulators.
Assist in preparing month-end closing reports like checking system balance on income and expenses.
Check and assess all accounting records for accuracy. Implement best practices, standards and procedures in all accounting functions and activities.
Initiate and implement best practices of internal audit procedures.
