Job Overview
 
We are looking for an Accounting Staff who will support our finance team in maintaining accurate accounting records, preparing vouchers and schedules, and helping keep routine reporting on track. This role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented, dependable, and eager to learn.
 
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain basic accounting records and documentation
Assist in preparing vouchers, schedules, and supporting files for transactions
Encode and update accounting entries in the accounting system (e.g., Odoo)
Coordinate with internal teams for complete and accurate supporting documents
Help with filing, organization, and retrieval of accounting records
Support routine reporting tasks and other accounting duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of solid accounting experience
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
Familiarity with accounting software and systems (e.g., Odoo)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
Ability to prepare basic accounting records, vouchers, and schedules
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Willingness to learn and take direction
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills and professional work attitude
