The ideal candidate must be a college graduate with a strong sense of organization, capable of multitasking, and preferably with prior accounting experience. This role is crucial in supporting the company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy in records, and maintaining compliance with government regulations.
Job Description:
Must be a college graduate (Accounting or related course preferred)
Previous experience in accounting is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Familiar with basic accounting systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
Handle government and tax compliance requirements
Record and manage sales and purchases transactions
Monitor and update accounts receivables and payables
Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners as needed
Willing to work on-site within Cebu City.
