ACCOUNTING STAFF (A/R Position)
 
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and issue sales invoices, collection receipts, and statements of account (SOA)
Record, update, and monitor customer accounts and collections.
Track due dates and follow up with customers' payments.
Reconcile A/R to ensure all payments are properly posted.
Organize and maintain accounting files and records.
Qualifications
Graduate of BSBA-Management Accounting or any business-related course
With 6 months-1 year experience preferred (fresh graduates may also apply).
Knowledgeable in MS Excel: experience in accounting software is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and with a pleasing personality.
Able to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
