JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Double checking of raw materials usage in production report
Monitor price increase of raw materials using in production
Do monthly costing of items
Monitoring daily inventory on stores
Monitoring inventory charges and pull-outs
Recording inventory movements is SAP, including monitoring on upload errors
Monitor issue of spoilage, employee meals and other charge items
Overall monthly inventory reconciliation
Posting of monthly inventory items in SAP
Intercompany AP balance reconciliation
 
JOB QUALIFICATION
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any related fields
Must be highly analytical, organized and results oriented
Has keen attention to details and possess good problem solving skills
Computer proficient in MS Office like Excel and Word
Good oral and written communication skills
Knowledgeable in using Accounting Software is a plus
