Accounting StaffAzia Suites Hotel and Residences Inc.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accounting Staff to join our finance team. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of accounting principles and the ability to track and manage costs effectively.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze costs of goods sold, operational expenses, and production processes.
Assist in creating budgets, forecasting, and developing cost projections.
Collaborate with the kitchen and restaurant personnel to ensure accurate tracking of inventory levels, including materials, and supplies.
Reconcile bank accounts and other financial discrepancies.
Maintain and update financial records and reports.
Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Assist in other accounting-related tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in accounting or finance.
Proficiency in accounting software (ODO) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
