Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Full-Time position(s) available.
Responsibilities:
Billing
Preparation of invoices
Computations of billing
Reconciliation of sales invoices
And other related work
Must be very familiar with Microsoft office
Accounts Receivable
Preparation of Accounts Receivable Schedule-Weekly
Follow up payment-call client
Scheduling of Collection
Reconciliation of Accounts Receivable with Client
And other related work
Must be very familiar with Microsoft office
Payroll
Payroll computation
SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig payment
In charge in all government mandatory requirements.
And other related work
Must be very familiar with Microsoft office
