Job description
Generally responsible for processing of accounts payable, A/R aging of LPG and Gases and recording of cash receipts. Responsible in generation cost of sales and production of industrial and other gases
Responsibilities:
Daily processing of accounts payables of all suppliers with corresponding accounting entries.
Prepares withholding tax certificates for suppliers.
Prepares monthly reconciliation and analysis of payables.
Prepares authorization for stock release for offsetting accounts.
Prepares journal entries for customers with offsetting account.
Prepares monthly debit/credit memos per sales center for updating of customer's accounts in the ARSICS system.

Prepares monthly cash receipts journal.
Prepares monthly journal entries on cash receipts journal.
Prepares monthly cash-in report for collection and offsetting
Qualifications
BS Accountancy/Mgt. Accounting/Accounting Tech Graduate
Preferably with 1-2 years experience
Has a previous employment from an accounting/auditing firm
maintains confidentiality and integrity
Computer Literate
Safety Conscious
Can work with minimal supervision
