- Thorough understanding of accounting rules
- Possess good time management skills for engagements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and foster a productive, team-oriented environment with both colleagues and clients
- Strong computer skills, including solid skill in the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Word & Excel)
- Maintain a professional demeanor with co-workers
- Minimum three years of work experience in accounting- At least 1 year experience in the field is required. Must know the basics of accounting and BIR Filing Schedule and Process
