COMPANY INTRODUCTION:
MAUM DAERO, a young trading venture company, is looking for a goal-oriented, passionate, and driven accounting staff to be a pioneer backbone and key member in the company's growth. The accounting staff will strategize, organize, and develop the best system and initiate financial reports to management on important deadlines for the company's compliances.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or any finance-related course;
Min. 2 yrs. of working experience in Accounting;
Knowledgeable in Philippine taxation and BIR compliance;
Knowledgeable in payroll and bookkeeping;
Able to work independently;
Willing to work onsite/office-based in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
New CPA board passers welcome
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Payroll
Calculate for Tax compliances and BIR Filing schedule;
Manage all accounting transactions;
Prepare budget forecasts and financial statements;
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings;
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable;
Ensure timely bank payments;
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns;
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements;
Report on the company's financial health and liquidity;
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary;
Other Accounting Tasks as needed.
