Responsibilities:a) Assist in timely and accurate processing of approved invoices for payment which include preparation of check voucher with the application of appropriate withholding tax, cutting of checks/and or preparation of fund transfer applications;
b) Handle releasing of checks to suppliers;
c) Responsible for systematic filing of vouchers, contracts, reports and other documents for easy tracking and retrieval;
d) Preparation of daily cash position report, monthly summary of disbursements and monthly bank reconciliations;
e) Support the Accounting Team in the month-end closing processes and other financial reports required by the Company's
With experience in BIR (EWT , VAT Compensation SAP)
Job Type: Full-time6 months - 1 year contract
Salary: Php28,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
