We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The accountant will play a key role in supporting the financial health and decision-making processes of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
Perform month-end and year-end close processes.
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal accounting regulations.
Assist with audits and tax filings.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
