ACCOUNTING STAFF
Key Responsibilities:
Review collections reports and records cash deposits.
Encode accounts receivable sales invoices and official receipts.
Facilitate bank loan related transactions and compliances,
Summarize and review BIR 2307 forms submitted and un-submitted.
Records receivables and collections into the accounting system.
Generate all billing statements.
Monitor all receivables.
Submit AR aging report and weekly collection per QB.
Computes utility bills.
Prepares and distributes collection and demand letters.
Facilitate documentary requirements by banks.
Follow up submission of accomplished BIR 2307 form from tenants.
Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts
To perform other accounting functions as may be assigned
Requirement:
B.S.in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology or courses with minimum of 30 units in accounting
