Accounts Payable Associate
Responsibilities:
Receiving and logging invoices
Responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.
Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying , and recording accounts payable data
Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted
Generate reports detailing accounts payable status
Understand expense accounts and cost centers
Understand compliance issues around accounts payable processes. (withholding taxes, etc)
Requirements & skills:
1. Understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles
2. Proficiency in MS Office
3. BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
4. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
General Accounting Associate
Responsibilities
Perform daily and monthly financial and accounting transactions with the general ledger system
Typing accurately, preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records
Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
Performing other duties as required
Requirements and skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting- related courses
With knowledge on basic taxation
Responsibility and accuracy in the completion of received tasks
Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure
At least 6 months experience in general accounting
