Position: Accounting/Finance Staff

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ø Prepares supporting documentation and post journal entries in system report
Ø Compute record charges and adjustments and resolve any discrepancies
Ø Perform general accounting works
Ø Post updates financial data to appropriate accounting systems as per instructions
Ø Maintain and organized file records and reports
Ø Accommodate client request over the phone or through email for appropriate action and resolution
Ø Communicate effectively with customer, client and co-worker
Ø Perform other duties from time to time
