Working knowledge on accounting practices and taxation requirements
Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications specially MS Excel is an advantage
Strong Analytical and financial reporting skills
Advanced communication skills including negotiations and ability to relate to others
Can work well under pressure
· Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
· Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
· Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
· Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
· Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
· Provide assistance and support to company personnel
· Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
· Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
· Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
· At least three (1) years experience in the same field
· Knowledge of basic accounting software and MS Office tools
· Must have the following skills: problem-solving, good interpersonal, administrating and presentation skills
· Ability to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverables
· Detail-oriented
