Preparation of final disbursements accounts
Preparation of accounts payable voucher
Monitoring of supercargo agent cash advances account
Daily monitoring of emails
Preparation of payment advice for vendors
Preparation of various invoices for principal
Ideal Candidate
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management/Accountancy/Accounting Technology or equivalent;
With experience is an advantage;
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping principles and procedures;
Knowledge on microsoft excel, microsoft office;
