Job Description
Main Function: Responsible for preparation of daily forecast, managing, checking, reconciling, and recording of inventories. PPE transactions and lapsing schedules and assisting team members to do various records and reports. Detailed Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Handle Property Plant and Equipment transactions and monitor depreciation. 2. Encodes daily transaction of Receiving Report of raw materials, packing materials received from various suppliers. Checks quantity/ unit price against sales invoice. 3. Prepares inventory reports of raw materials, packing materials and finished goods. 4. In- charge of the release of checks to various suppliers. 5. Assists in monthly inventory of RM/WIP/FG. 6. Encodes Daily Attendance (BIG and Agency) for computation of daily labor costs. 7. Checks/prepares entry for liquidation of cash advances. 8. Filing of various related documents.
Job Qualifications
BS Accountancy Graduate At least 1 year work experience With analytical skills Hardworking, with good attitude and willing to learn new things.
