Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts.
Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management on financial performance, trends, and opportunities.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
Prepare budgets and forecasts, and monitor actual performance against budget.
Prepare and file tax returns and other government-mandated reports.
Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and other financial reviews.
Ensure timely and accurate payment of all liabilities and disbursement of funds.
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity.
Provide financial advice and support to senior management on strategic and operational matters.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license is preferred but not required.
At least 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
Experience with accounting software is a plus.

Salary: From Php18,000.00 per month
